Ironic Twist seeking irony, because sarcasm clashes with my outfit

Friday, February 25, 2005 :::

Question of the day: Can you get pregant if you fall asleep listening to Sondre Lerche?

RJ3 says: "Ewwwwwwww... and yes."

rhinestone says: "I think if you're on the pill you can't get pregnant that way. At least I hope not!"

How awesome was last night's episode of The O.C.? It was like a season finale in the middle of the season! And in music news, bluestate stays one step ahead of The O.C., playing Louis XIV one day before they're featured on the show.

Robbers On High Street have been added as openers for the March 5 Ambulance LTD show. Yay! I think these bands are a great match for playing together. Plus, extra swooning for me. Listen to "Spanish Teeth," "Japanese Girls" and "Montefiore" here.

Is anyone here because of this Washingon Post article? Just wondering.

And if you're wondering what an "iPod cozy" looks like, here's a picture of my brother's.

I took a picture of mine, but for some reason it won't upload, so I'll try again next time. Mine's off-white and has an owl pin instead of a button.

iPod Cozies by Tanya. Get yours now! (If you're interested, e-mail me.)

Q: Where will you be tonight?

A:

My outfit for the evening contains both blue and irony. The tiara, however, will not be making an appearance.

The following picture is probably my favorite of all the pictures I’ve taken lately. This guy was standing in front of me during The High Speed Scene, and when I saw the stage and the lights through his hair, I knew I had to take a picture to see how it would look. It looks like this:

The Futureheads at 9:30 Club:

Words coming soon, since I have a bit of downtime at work today.

Update: Check out RJ3's witty-as-usual account of last night's show, and read up on the setlist.
